Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping on all our products. We ship all items as Standard Mail via An Post - the Irish Post Office. You also have the option to upgrade to Registered Mail for an extra cost. In this case, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can track your purchase. 

How long until my order ships?

For ready-to-ship order, we  ship same or next working day since payment has been cleared.

Printable items will be available immediately after the payment has been cleared. You can download these right away as there is no physical item sent to you.

If any delays may occur, you will be notified. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

After dispatch, you should expect to receive your items within the following timeframe (Standard Mail only, with no tracking number):

  • Ireland: 1 - 3 working days
  • EU Customers: 3 - 10 working days 
  • Non EU Customers: 10 - 30 working days 

You can upgrade to Tracked Shipment if you want to receive your item sooner & have the ability of tracking its movement. Please select the relevant one at checkout or contact us for more details. 

My order hasn’t arrived yet! What do I do?

Don’t panic :) . Firstly, check to see if and when your order was dispatched and refer to the delivery estimates above. Please note ‘working days’ refer to Monday to Friday and don’t include weekends or public holidays. If your order has not arrived and it's over the estimate delivery dates as above, please pop me a quick email with your name, order number and address and I’ll take a look into it for you. You can do this at orders@paprboutique.com

I’ve received my order but I’m not totally happy with it. What can I do?

Because we absolutely love our customers, we want to make sure that you are 100% happy with our products - we do spend a lot of time creating them and making them be as best as possible! 

In case you aren't 100% happy with everything, get in touch at orders@paprboutique.com and I'd be happy to look at every situation individually; this way we can work out a solution that benefits both. 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

You have up to 45 days since purchasing to return your order. Unfortunately, if 45 days or more have passed, I won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Before making a return please contact me so that I can help resolve any issues that you may be having and to ensure that it is returned to the correct place. When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage of your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility.  The cost of any additional taxes and customs is your responsibility.

Certain items are not eligible for returns. These include all printable items & personalised items created just for you. Sorry about this! 

Lost & Incorrect Orders 

It's the customers responsibility to ensure that we ship the order to the correct address. If your item has not been shipped and you have made a mistake, we are happy to change this for you provided you contact us immediately. If your order has been shipped, I am afraid we cannot do much in this case :( 

We do not offer refunds or replacements for order that are shipped via Standard Mail and are lost in the post. To avoid this, please upgrade to Shipping with tracking number. You have the option to select this at Checkout.
