Do you ship worldwide?
At the moment we ship to Ireland, UK and US but we are looking to re-introduce other countries as well, once the COVID19 situation improves and international mail is reliable again.
We ship all our items using An Post - the Irish postal service.
How long until my order ships?
All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days, depending on order volume. Shipping time needs to be added on top of this.
We do everything we can to ensure your order is dispatched promptly from our studio, however standard delivery timeframes are estimates and delays in An Post's delivery service do occasionally take place. Although these delays are out of our control, we will do all we can to help.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After dispatch, you should expect to receive your items within the following timeframe (Standard Mail only, with no tracking number):
- Ireland: 1- 4 working days
- UK and Northern Ireland: 5 - 10 working days
- Rest of Europe: 5 - 15 working days
- US & Rest of the World: 5 - 20 working days
You can upgrade to Registered Shipping if you want to receive your item sooner & have the ability of tracking its movement. Please select the relevant one at checkout or contact us for more details.
My order hasn’t arrived yet! What do I do?
Don’t panic :). Firstly, check to see if and when your order was dispatched and refer to the delivery estimates above. Please note ‘working days’ refer to Monday to Friday and don’t include weekends or public holidays. If your order has not arrived and it's over the estimate delivery dates as above, please pop me a quick email with your name, order number and address and I’ll take a look into it for you. I’ve received my order but I’m not totally happy with it. What can I do?
Because we absolutely love our customers, we want to make sure that you are 100% happy with our products - we do spend a lot of time creating them and making them be as best as possible!
In case you aren't 100% happy with everything, get in touch at email@example.com and I'd be happy to look at every situation individually; this way we can work out a solution that benefits both.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
You have up to 45 days since purchasing to return your order. Unfortunately, if 45 days or more have passed, I won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Before making a return please contact me so that I can help resolve any issues that you may be having and to ensure that it is returned to the correct place. When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage of your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility. The cost of any additional taxes and customs is your responsibility.
Certain items are not eligible for returns. These include all printable & personalised items created just for you. Sorry about this!
Lost & Incorrect Orders
It's the customers responsibility to ensure that we ship the order to the correct address. If your item has not been shipped and you have made a mistake, we are happy to change this for you provided you contact us immediately. If your order has been shipped, I am afraid we cannot do much in this case :(
Can you ship directly to recipient?
Of course! We can deliver directly to the recipient for no extra charge.
Make sure to leave details about this when placing your order, so we don't include any invoice or pricing information.
