Please note the gift boxes will arrive flat - they are very simple to set up, just remove the protective stickers to assemble in a box shape.
Personalisation
Gift Boxes will be shipped as shown in the first photo, or depending on your theme selection. If they have an option to include a custom name, question etc., please make sure to let us know the details in the boxes above. You will be required to do so before Checkout.

Refund PolicyIt is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase, so please contact us if you are interested in a refund/exchange. Items (non-personalised) can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of the delivery and must be returned to us unused & in original packaging. Any items which are personalised EG: with name or any custom details, are non-refundable. The cost of returning an order is your responsibility.
