Personalisation
Cards will be shipped as shown in the first photo. If the card has an option to include a custom name etc., please make sure to let us know the details in the Personalisation Box at the top. You will be required to do so before Checkout.
We are also able to completely change the wording off the cards with any custom text. If you have an idea in mind, get in touch at hello@paprboutique.com and we can create it for you!

For orders within Ireland and the rest of Europe there are no customs charges. For the rest of the world your parcel may be subject to customs and import charges/may be delayed at Customs. It is your duty as a customer to pay these taxes.Estimated delivery times are as follow:

Things like holidays, postal service disruption, unfavorable weather will impact your delivery. Refund PolicyIt is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase, so please contact us if you are interested in a refund/exchange. Items (non-personalised) can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of the delivery and must be returned to us unused & in original packaging. Any items which are personalised EG: with name or any custom details, are non-refundable. The cost of returning an order is your responsibility.
